Clint Eastwood wins $6.1 million lawsuit against CBD company

Those punks aren’t feeling so lucky now. Clint Eastwood was awarded $6.1 million after he sued a Lithuanian company which had used his name and likeness to sell cannabidiol (CBD) products. CBD is one of the active ingredients in marijuana, however, it does not have similar effects on its users. According to a report from the World Health Organization, “In humans, CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential….
